Qualifications:

Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
Solid experience in the assessment and treatment of adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological (mTBI), and mental health conditions.
Experience in Occupational and Veterans Rehabilitation and Mental Health is a significant asset.
Ability to be self-directed and autonomous, working independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize, manage self-scheduling and meet reporting deadlines.
Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development.
Excellent oral, written and report-writing skills.
Proficiency with computers and new technology.
Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.
Must have own vehicle, and a valid Driver's license is required.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

A diverse caseload with assessment and treatment of clients funded by WSIB with complex musculoskeletal, TBI and mental health challenges.
Flexibility to work in person or virtually, with the ability to structure your schedule to meet your needs and the needs of your clientele.
Creating and implementing holistic, individualized treatment plans based on critical analysis and clinical reasoning.
Managing caseload in a fast-paced multidisciplinary work environment.
Participating in case conferences and case management.
Collaborating with the inter-professional team, various stakeholders and other Occupational Therapists.
Preceptorship/co-preceptorship of Occupational Therapy students.
