Job Duties: Plan, direct and evaluate the daily operations of the store. Determine the customer needs and demands by doing market research and studying trends. Implement price and other policies of the store. Plan Budgets, authorize expenses and monitor revenue. Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues. Determine merchandise and inventory to be sold. Plan and develop strategies to attract customers to buy the product. Job Requirements: A university degree or college diploma in business administration or related field is required. 2-3 years of experience is required. Terms of Employment: Wages: $36.00 per hour for 40 hours a week. Overtime starts after 40 hours a week. Language: English.
