Meaford IDA has an opening for a full-time Staff Pharmacist. We will also consider applicants with only part time availability, although full time is preferred. We offer a very highly competitive, above average hourly rate 65 $ / hr , plus a staff benefits package.

We offer sign on bonus and willing to pay for moving expenses plus paying for commuting/ mileage.

As a member of our team, you can expect to work in an environment with:

- Pharmacy assistants full support and registered pharmacy technicians

- Pharmacist overlap

- Support from management (on-site, as a locally owner banner pharmacy)

- Pharmaclik Rx pharmacy software

Your duties would include, but are not limited to:

- Patient communication and file maintenance

- Technical and clinical verification of prescriptions

- Clinical check of blister pack changes

- Patient counselling of prescription and over the counter products

- Performing pharmacist duties as per OCP

Please note store hours are Monday -Tuesday 9-7 , Wednesday to Friday 9-6 and Saturday/ Sunday 10-4, some weekend availability will be expected.

Qualifications:

Pharmacist license with OCP .
