AllStaff Inc is currently recruiting CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST for a highly valued client. If you like to work in a team environment with an opportunity for permanent hire this is the place for you! Please note SAP is a requirement for this role.

Dayshift - 7 am - 4:00 pm Monday to Friday

Wage: $23.92/hr - Increase provided when hired!

Paid every Friday - direct deposit

Job Duties:
Maintain strong relationships and communicate regularly with customers
Assist customers with a variety of tasks related to various requests, updates or verification of order status and other customer service duties that may be needed
Manage and compile information from multiple sources and accurately file accordingly
Clerical and administrative duties such as filing and maintaining up to date customer and carrier files
Providing the appropriate and accurate paperwork for customers
Other duties related to administration, data entry and customer service as assigned

What we need from you:

3-4 years of administrative assistant experience

Strong experience with SAP

Solid background in data entry and a strong attentional to detail

Proficient computer skills and ability to operate Microsoft Office

Excellent multitasker and ability to meet timelines

Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
