Our Burnaby Branch, Pediatrics- Specialty Nursing branch is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team in Vancouver for Adult Palliative Care Program.

In this role you will be providing comprehensive, compassionate, end of life care to our palliative clients, as well as support for the family members as they go through this journey with their loved one.

What you'll be doing:

Provide clinical assessments and implement their symptom and pain management treatment, while focusing on what matters most to them and their families
You provide a patient-centered compassionate nursing care approach while working with their families and with an interdisciplinary team.

Job Qualification

Requirements:

Active license with BCCNM
2 years nursing experience
Palliative/ End of life care in a community setting
Completion of LEAP program, Fundamentals of Palliative Care or equivalent will be an asset
Strong clinical and ethical practices, particularly in pain and symptoms management, using evidence- based care
