Duties include:
Answering incoming calls.
Matching clients to caregivers' schedules with "Best Match" practices
Grow relationship with clients, caregivers and referral sources.
Receiving payments
Replenishing supplies
Data entry of new clients

1 year experience in an office setting
Exceptional phone etiquette
