Overview

The 'CSW Mentor – 2024/2025' role will be a temporary position, and the successful applicant will provide mentorship to newer CSWs in the field. This is a temporary position that will end on March 31, 2025. The CSW Mentor – 2024/2025 will provide CSWs coaching and guidance to help foster and promote the professional development of new employees, and is an effective source of advice and encouragement. This mentoring will be performed under the supervision of a Personal Support Manager and schedules will follow the Collective Agreement, availability will need to be consistent with program requirements.
