Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will have to provide high standards service to customers in accordance with our philosophy, ensure efficient and courteous arrivals and departures of aircrafts, and ensure flawless communication and coordination between customers and line service agents. You will also assist customers with requested services such as fueling, catering, and securing hangar space, as well as hotel and transportation accommodations, among others. Requirements
Experience and Skills Needed
- Some customer support experience dealing with complex issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution;
- Must be fluent in both French and English, spoken and written;
- Reason: Contact with an international clientele speaking a language other than French.
- Good writing and communication abilities;
- Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the ability to pick up new technology quickly;
- Must be able to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time efficiently.
