Nuovo Photography is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Paid Social Media Operations Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this intermediate role, you will be instrumental in the daily execution, maintenance, and optimization of our paid social media campaigns.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working with data, and is eager to develop their skills in paid social media advertising and marketing automation within a dynamic and creative environment. You will work closely with our Media Buyer, Head of Marketing, and our Content team to ensure seamless and effective campaign execution that drives business growth for Nuovo Photography. Your efforts will directly support Nuovo's mission of empowering clients through artistic self-expression and body positivity.

Responsibilities

Core Campaign Operations:

- Campaign Management: Manage comprehensive campaign setup within Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads Manager, including the operational management of current campaigns and setup of new campaigns aligned with strategic goals.

- Ad Set Configuration: Defining and implementing ad sets with precise targeting methods (demographics, interests, behaviors, custom audiences, etc.) to reach the intended audience segments effectively.

- Ad Creation & Deployment: Developing and deploying individual advertisements within ad sets, accurately inputting headlines, descriptions, and compelling call-to-action buttons, as well as implementing chosen creatives, placements, budgets, and schedules as instructed.

- Ad Asset Management: Organize, maintain, and strategically categorize all ad assets (creatives, copy) ensuring efficient file management, consistent naming conventions, and clear documentation.

- Performance Monitoring & Basic Optimization: Actively monitor live ad campaign performance, and quickly address issues such as disapproved ads, performance dips, or unusual CPL spikes.

- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough double-checks on all aspects of ad setups before launch to guarantee error-free campaign activation and optimal performance.

Support for Advanced Strategies & Collaboration:

  • Assist in the setup and execution of A/B tests for ads and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Assist in the use of marketing automation platforms to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Social teams to contribute to experimentation and testing of new approaches.
  • Support website and landing page optimization for paid campaigns, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Work with the BI team to support the development of attribution models.

Requirements

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience directly managing paid social media campaigns, with a primary focus on Facebook and Instagram (Meta) Ads.
  • Proven and extensive experience working within Meta Ads Manager, demonstrating a strong understanding of its functionalities and best practices.
  • Solid grasp of digital marketing principles, including a practical understanding of conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Demonstrable ability to follow structured workflows efficiently and accurately, particularly in tasks involving the upload and management of large volumes of ad creatives.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a detail-oriented mindset, crucial for catching potential errors before campaign launch and maintaining high levels of accuracy in repetitive tasks.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advertising Studio, Hubspot, or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and a practical understanding of how to apply testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Strong organizational and file management skills, with the ability to maintain a structured and easily navigable system for digital assets.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.

Bonus (Assets):

  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager or experience with other paid social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest).
  • Basic experience with Google Ads and remarketing campaigns.
  • Experience in managing campaigns focused on lead generation rather than e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and data tracking tools.
  • A working knowledge of the French language is considered a valuable asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with equivalent practical experience.
