LōD Technologies is looking for a Product Marketing Lead to take charge of marketing for our enterprise solutions and energy-integrated computing platform.

This role is a mix of go-to-market execution, content development, and marketing process improvement. You'll work closely with product, sales, and leadership to bring our products to market, improve customer engagement, and ensure our industry presence is strong.

We're a fast-growing startup, which means you'll wear multiple hats, have a high degree of autonomy, and play a key role in shaping how we communicate with the market.

Responsibilities
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) & Positioning
    • Develop and execute GTM strategies for new product launches and market expansion.
    • Work directly with product and sales teams to define positioning and messaging.
    • Build sales enablement materials (sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies).
    • Document and refine GTM processes to be scalable and transferable.
  • Content & Communication
    • Write and manage content creation (blog posts, product updates, reports, industry insights).
    • Develop structured content workflows that can later be optimized and scaled.
    • Ensure consistency in messaging across marketing and product updates.
  • Marketing Operations & Process Improvement
    • Plan and execute demand generation efforts, including email outreach and campaigns.
    • Streamline and document marketing workflows to scale.
    • Own PR and external communications (industry events, partnerships, media).
    • Track and analyze market trends, competitor insights, and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B SaaS Marketing or similar role within a technology-driven company.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Familiarity with high-performance computing and technology products is a plus.
