We are seeking a skilled Mobile Equipment Maintenance Planner to support operations in the mining sector. This role involves planning and coordinating the maintenance and operational activities of heavy-duty equipment, both on the surface and underground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance plans for mobile heavy-duty equipment.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Utilize SAP and MS Suite for scheduling, reporting, and tracking equipment status.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Provide support for the execution of maintenance activities and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
This position is a short-term contract to fill a temporary vacancy, lasting approximately 6 months.
2 weeks on-site with 2 weeks off-site, camp and flights provided out of Saskatoon and Prince Albert only.
Requirements
- Valid Heavy Duty Mechanic ticket.
- Experience as a planner in a mining or heavy industrial environment with a focus on mobile equipment (intermediate level or higher preferred).
- Underground experience is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP - Fiori is a benefit
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
