Position Overview
As a Sales Account Executive - Manufacturing, you will be pivotal in guiding clients toward successful adoption of artificial intelligence. From understanding their unique needs to designing customized projects and supporting their integration, you will play a pivotal role in generating business opportunities in targeted markets and industries.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experiences working with local manufacturers, either directly or in adjacent industries such as manufacturing OEMs and integration service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Proactive Prospecting:
- Identify and target new potential clients in specific markets and industries.
- Leverage personal connections to local manufacturers.
- Conduct cold calls, send outreach emails, and use social platforms like LinkedIn to establish initial contact.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
Schedule Qualified Onsite Meetings:
- Achieve and exceed targets related to the number of onsite meetings scheduled with outbound prospects.
- Ensure the quality of opportunities by confirming alignment between prospect needs and Maneva's solutions.
- Secure onsite meetings with prospects for further customer discovery.
Run Customer Discovery Process:
- Initiate discussions to understand the operational challenges of prospects.
- Present how Maneva's artificial intelligence solutions can address their specific issues.
- Take a consultative approach to build trust from the first interaction.
- Uncover ROI and value of the customer's issues.
End-to-End Sales Pipeline Execution:
- Create, nurture, and grow a pipeline of prospective manufacturer contacts.
- Ensure effective follow-up of qualified prospects, leading the sales process from start to finish.
- Actively participate in prospecting campaigns to penetrate new markets.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in prospecting or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn, CRM systems, and email campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly capture the interest of prospects.
- Proactive, results-driven approach with strong autonomy.
- Knowledge of industrial environments or technological solutions.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn about vision AI applications, and develop the ability to translate technical benefits into client-focused value propositions.
- Travel Requirement: Ability and willingness to frequently drive and travel to client sites.
