Position Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be pivotal in guiding clients toward successful adoption of artificial intelligence. From understanding their unique needs to designing customized projects and supporting their integration, you will play a pivotal role in generating business opportunities in targeted markets and industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Proactive Prospecting:
- Identify and target new potential clients in specific markets and industries.
- Conduct cold calls, send outreach emails, and use social platforms like LinkedIn to establish initial contact.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
Engage in Meaningful Conversations:
- Initiate discussions to understand the operational challenges of prospects.
- Present how Maneva's artificial intelligence solutions can address their specific issues.
- Take a consultative approach to build trust from the first interaction.
Pipeline Building and Management: :
- Create and nurture a pipeline of opportunities by initiating conversations with uncontacted prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective follow-up of qualified prospects.
- Actively participate in prospecting campaigns to penetrate new markets.
Key Objective: Schedule Qualified Meetings:
- Achieve and exceed targets related to the number of meetings scheduled with outbound prospects.
- Ensure the quality of opportunities by confirming alignment between prospect needs and Maneva's solutions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in prospecting or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn, CRM systems, and email campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly capture the interest of prospects.
- Proactive, results-driven approach with strong autonomy.
- Knowledge of industrial environments or technological solutions is a plus.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn about vision AI applications, and develop the ability to translate technical benefits into client-focused value propositions.
- Travel Requirement: Ability and willingness to drive and travel to client sites as needed.
