TG Corporate Holdings Limited is the parent company for the Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop franchise network. Tommy Gun's is rapidly expanding and currently operates over 87 locations in Canada, 13 locations in Australia, 2 in New Zealand and 1 in the US. With significant growth planned in North America and abroad, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Support Office team. This role can be based in Kelowna, BC or remotely in the GTA (Ontario).

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Shop Support Manager will be responsible for working closely with both Support Office personnel and individual Franchise locations to ensure the success of each Shop.

This position will be best suited to an individual that enjoys learning and working with a team that expects a lot out of itself. The ideal candidate will be a high energy self-starter with the ability to work independently and produce real results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of multiple locations including being on the opening team for new shops across Canada. The chosen Team Member will be responsible for operational functions including field work that benefit our guests and our brand while staying consistent with our values. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate with various groups will be important.

  • Fantastic organizational ability that allows you to be an effective multi tasker both in and out of the office
  • Great financial and operational analytical skills
  • Administrative capabilities including a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Ability to travel overnight within Canada
  • 3 years' experience in a similar role an asset
  • District Manager experience an asset
