We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk/ Receptionist to join our team in Kitchener! If you're a professional with great communication skills and a knack for organization, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering.
  • Handle any other clerical or administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
