Location: Nuovo Artistic Photography Headquarters, Old Montreal

Compensation: $25 per hour

Schedule: 5 hours per day, 5 days per week

The Space:

The headquarters of Nuovo Artistic Photography have 2 floors, one of 5500 square feet and 1500 square feet.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaner to ensure our office spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. This role is crucial to providing a clean and comfortable environment for our staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces

- Empty trash bins and ensure waste is properly disposed of

- Clean restrooms and ensure they are stocked with necessary supplies

- Clean kitchen areas, including wiping down surfaces and cleaning appliances

- Ensure all common areas, meeting rooms, and workstations are tidy and organized

- Notify management of any necessary repairs or maintenance issues

- Ensure cleaning supplies are adequately stocked and report when more supplies are needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a cleaner or in a similar role

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

- Good communication skills and a positive attitude

- Physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including lifting light equipment and supplies

Schedule:

- 5 days per week; 5 hours per day -mornings and/or nights

Benefits

- Salary of $25.00 per hour

- Can be Contract Employment or Full-time Employment under Nuovo Photography
