Responsibilities
  • Assist the Property Manager in daily operations and management of residential properties.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and concerns, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Assist in preparing and managing the property budget, including monitoring expenses and revenue.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts for vacant units, including showings and open houses.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant leases, payments, and communication.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, associate degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Customer Support or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of leasing procedures and tenant rights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with tenants and vendors.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
