1. Organize and execute the company's offline event recruitment plan to ensure smooth operation of the events.
2. Provide training and guidance to the recruitment team to enhance their sales and execution capabilities.
3. Manage on-site activities, supervise the execution of sales events, and ensure the events achieve expected targets.
4. Communicate and coordinate with clients to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during event execution.
5. Conduct regular reviews and analysis of events, provide suggestions for improvement, and continuously optimize event execution processes.

Requirements

1. Associate degree or above in Marketing, Management, or related field preferred.
2. Strong organizational and team management skills, with experience in event supervision preferred.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to handle pressure, able to effectively deal with unexpected situations.
4. Familiarity with event execution processes and management methods, with successful case experience preferred.
5. Enthusiasm for event management work, able to adapt to occasional travel and overtime work.
