We are looking for an Offline Event Planning Manager, responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events of various scales including industry summits, offline lectures, social events, sales promotions, conferences, exhibitions, etc. The successful candidate will be responsible for event budgets, vendor management, coordination of team collaboration, and ensuring the smooth execution of events.
- Responsible for designing and implementing various types of events, including industry summits, social gatherings, sales promotion activities, and exhibitions.
- Coordinate with other departments or partners to ensure the smooth running of events.
- Manage the production and distribution of promotional materials, and other related materials.
- Determine the budget and prepare expense reports to monitor event costs and improve event strategies.
- Responsible for coordinating suppliers and contractors, ensuring that they deliver the required services and products on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Finance, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.
- Have a certain basic knowledge of finance and have personal stock investment experience.
- Rich experience in event planning and organization, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills, able to communicate and coordinate effectively with people at different levels.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Able to handle pressure, solve problems, and think innovatively, multitask in a busy environment, and reasonably arrange schedules.
