Job Title: Portfolio Manager
Location: Windsor
Compensation: $55,000 base salary, complemented by a bonus structure, benefits package, and long-term ownership opportunities.
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Develop and execute investment strategies to maximize portfolio performance
• Monitor real estate market trends and identify opportunities for potential investments
• Manage and oversee a portfolio of real estate assets
• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities
• Communicate with investors and provide regular updates on portfolio performance
• Assess and manage risks associated with the portfolio

Requirements

• 5 years experience in real estate property management
• Knowledge of real estate rental market, construction cost control, and basic accounting
• Knowledge of property management portals and Microsoft Suite
• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and Landlord Tenant Board
