We are looking for an awesome Product Manager who will be a key part of the SWTCH team. You will play a pivotal role in defining, developing, and delivering innovative product features that enhance the user experience and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring new features to life and ensure our products meet the evolving needs of our internal users, customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a clear understanding of the needs of our users to identify product improvements to our EV charging platform and EV driver mobile app
• Maintain and manage a product backlog: define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities.
• Create clear, concise, and actionable user stories: work closely with the development team to ensure that the product is built to specifications and that it meets the defined acceptance criteria.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and user metrics to measure the success of product features and iterate as necessary.
• Be the subject matter expert on the product: you will be the go-to for Sales and Marketing teams for product positioning, product demos and go-to-market strategies
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in product or related role
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or engineering.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for creating user-centric products.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of product success.
• Experience in renewable industry is an asset

Annual Salary Range:
CAD $85,000 - $110,000
