Our client has an opening for a Systems Manager. This role requires IATF Certification (International Automotive Task Force) and ISO 9001/2015 Certification. The successful candidate will oversee and manage Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards, conduct internal audits, and lead quality assurance initiatives.

JOB: Systems Manager

PAY: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

LOCATION: Cambridge, ON

SHIFT: Days

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • IATF Certification (International Automotive Task Force)
  • ISO 9001/2015 Certification
  • Proven experience in quality management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies.
  • Excellent internal auditing skills with relevant training.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with IATF Certification (International Automotive Task Force) and ISO 9001/2015 standards.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
  • Coordinate and manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address any identified non-conformities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Train and mentor staff on quality assurance processes and standards.
  • Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
  • Liaise with external auditors and certification bodies to maintain certification status and address any audit findings.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any quality-related issues.
