Requirements

If you want to know exactly who we are looking for, here's a list of skills we require for this position:

  • Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator: Proficient in creating and editing visual assets, graphics, and illustrations for social media content.
  • Adobe After Effects: Ability to create basic animations and motion graphics for engaging social media posts.
  • Basic Knowledge of Online Tools for Measuring Accessibility Standards: Familiarity with tools to ensure social media content meets accessibility standards and guidelines.
  • Advanced knowledge in Canva: Skilled in using Canva for creating quick, professional-looking designs for social media platforms.
  • Understanding of Online Advertising Rules and Ratios: Knowledgeable about social media advertising specifications, including image ratios, text limits, and platform-specific guidelines.
  • Marketing Messaging and Positioning: Expertise in crafting effective marketing messages that resonate with target audiences and align with overall marketing strategies.
  • Strong Understanding of Branding Guidelines: Ability to maintain brand consistency across various social media channels and campaigns, ensuring all content aligns with the brand's voice and identity.
  • Time Management: Efficient in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Social Media Trends Awareness: Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to create relevant and impactful content.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze social media metrics and performance data to optimize content and strategies.
  • Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and strategy teams.

Benefits

  • We operate completely remotely, so you'll need to be equipped to work independently. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time).
  • We are open in working with a candidate located anywhere in the world, we just require a stable internet connection ;)
  • We use Zoom to chat, and Monday.com to organize tasks and schedules. We also use Trello for certain tasks.
  • This position is starting as part-time position, but may become full-time depending on the candidates performance and abilities.
