You'll support customers by handling inquiries, testing water quality in homes, recommending tailored solutions, and coordinating appointments. What you'll be doing:
- Provide customer service by handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, visiting homes for water testing, and recommending appropriate equipment.
- Accurately process orders, payments, and documentation while following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues and support sales events, including home shows and special promotions.
- Assist sales teams by providing product expertise, conducting training, and maintaining water display areas.
- Continuously expand product knowledge through training, self-directed learning, and sharing insights with team members.
What you need to be successful:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.
- Valid driver's licence with the ability to visit customer homes and perform water tests.
