Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Available Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm or 3:00pm-11:00pm
Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00 - 23.00 (based on experience)
Location: Brantford, Ontario - Wayne Gretzky Parkway & Henry Street
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Hire

We are looking for a reliable candidate to join our client in a Customer Service role! This company distributes large household appliances and maintenance parts. We are looking for candidates with long-term experience using SAP and Excel, and strong customer service and problem-solving skills!

Daily Responsibilities:* Respond to customer orders, inquiries and concerns over phone and email
* Communicate with shipping companies, customers, and drivers
* Schedule trucks and deliveries
* Run reports and track information using Excel and SAP
* Data entry and filing of various documents
* Other general customer service and administrative duties as assigned

Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum 1-2 years of related customer service, office, or dispatch experience required
* Advanced skill using Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
* Experience using SAP or other warehouse management software
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills while working in a fast-paced environment
* Team-orientated and strong communication skills
