Reflective Sign maker/ Warehouse labourer

Roadway Traffic Supplies is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Reflective Sign Maker warehouse labourer with experience in signage manufacturing, forklift operation, and shipping and receiving responsibilities to join our team.

In this role, you will fabricate various signs for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong artistic sense, proficiency in sign-making techniques, and the ability to work with various materials and tools. You will also take care of the warehouse, shipping, and receiving.

**Responsibilities**

- Create custom signs based on client specifications and requirements.
- Utilize vinyl, wood, metal, and Coroplast materials to produce high-quality signs.
- Operate sign-making equipment, including shears, punchers, cutters, and laminators.
- Prepare surfaces for sign application by cleaning, sanding, or priming as needed.
- Maintain an organized workspace and adequately store all tools and materials.
- Assist in keeping the shop clean and help load and unload materials for customers.

**Requirements**

- Proven experience in sign-making or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during installations.
- A valid driver's license may be required to travel to installation sites.
