The Department of Social Development is seeking individuals to join the Business System Support unit as Regional User Support Analysts reporting to Central office in multiple regions.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact to support users of mission critical business systems. Demonstrating a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to providing excellent service, the ideal candidate will use strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to determine solutions and resolve issues while ensuring a positive user experience through effective communication and timely service delivery. The incumbent must be comfortable in providing interactive and engaging support, co-designing and delivering training, either in-person or online. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced technological environment with a focus on continuous improvement. A high degree of confidentiality, working within privacy and security standards, is required.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two (2) years related work experience OR a postsecondary diploma and a minimum three (3) years related work experience.
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.

Written and spoken competence in English and French is required. Please state your language capability.

Applicants must clearly demonstrate the essential qualifications to be given further consideration.

Asset Qualifications:
Preference may be given to candidates that demonstrate experience in one or more of the following areas:

Experience in client relations/client service delivery.

Experience in end-user business system support.

Experience in coaching, guiding and/or training people on processes or systems.

Experience in case/care management systems.

Subject to the response to this competition, preference may be given to candidates who demonstrate on their application one or more of the asset qualifications in addition to the essential qualifications in order to be given further consideration.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENT: Travel throughout the province will be required and candidates will need a valid driver's licence.
