Join the team at Archways, in partnership with NuVista Mental Health, as the Clinic Operations Manager.

As the Clinic Operations Manager you will provide ongoing support for a multidisciplinary clinic. You will be responsible for scheduling client appointments, processing all billings, collecting fees from clients, confirming insurance coverage, and following up on any missed payments. You will be the point of contact for the clinical support team. You will also help support the clinic by fielding phone calls and inquiries, maintaining a tidy reception area, and providing excellent customer service to our valued clients.

Archways Centre for CBT, in partnership with NuVista Mental Health,provides high quality mental health services to the members of our community by offering services in Psychiatry and Psychology.

Our team of clinicians have decades of combined experience and believe in providing mental health services that will treat and address underlying issues over the long term, rather than offering a quick, temporary fix.   • Completion of a recognized Administration and/or Business Certificate (or equivalent) or three years administrative experience is required
  • Experience in a mental health clinic experience would be considered an asset
  • Proficiency with various software applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint is required
  • Experience with WSIB and/or Blue Cross billing and EMR technology would be considered an asset
