Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Compensation: $20-$22.00 hourly

Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Dispatcher to join our team for night shifts at our St. John's, NL location. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of equipment and freight while maintaining seamless communication between drivers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:* Collaborate with internal teams, terminals, and customers to ensure smooth and timely movement of equipment and freight.
* Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, providing all necessary paperwork and details for task completion.
* Support internal teams by addressing special circumstances and ensuring planning and revenue considerations are factored in.
* Perform other terminal-specific duties as required to support operations.

Qualifications:
* Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated with the ability to make well-informed, analytical decisions.
* Proven leadership ability, with excellent communication and team coordination skills.
* Effective problem-solving abilities, including negotiating win-win solutions when challenges arise.

Key Skills:* Familiarity with the Truck Mate system is an asset.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to create reports using Word and Excel.
* Strong typing and computer skills.
