Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location: St. John's, NL
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:*Process contract entries and generate accurate invoices
*Efficiently process and post receipts, ensuring accurate records
*Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts
*Maintain comprehensive records regarding account payments and statuses
*Perform reconciliations and follow up with customers on billing inquiries
*Provide outstanding customer service in handling inquiries and resolving issues
*Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support the team
Candidate Qualifications:
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a solutions-focused approach
*Capable of adapting quickly and performing effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
*Professional demeanor with a positive and customer-oriented attitude
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
*Experience with Sage 50 accounting software is an asset
*Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
*Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
*Completion of a Business Administration program with a focus on accounting
*3-5 years of relevant experience in an accounts receivable or similar role
