Rental Sales Agent

735057 NB INC. have an opening for a Rental Sales Agent to represent one of the biggest car & truck rental companies in North America and the world in Avis Budget

This position is Permanent.

We are looking for serious candidates who want to have a career in the car & truck rental business. We are also looking for a responsible candidate who will be opening and closing the store. We will provide you with sales and customer service training.

We are looking for someone who's friendly and amicable to provide a high level of customer service. We are looking for someone who is sales oriented, loves a challenge and sets goals.

Candidate must have their own reliable transportation.

Job details:

- Location: 4 Water Street or Saint John Airport

- Schedule: Rotational Schedule (Days off change from week to week)

- Wages: $17.00 per hour

Requirements:

- Valid Class 5 NB driver's license.

- Clean driving record.

- 1 year experience in car rental business or 2 years sales & customer service experience .

- High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities:

- Opening and closing the store.

- Opening and closing rental agreements.

- Providing customers with world class customer service.

- Selling products and services.

- Administrative work (copying, filing, creating reports, filling reports..)

- Answering phone calls.

- Contacting body shops and scheduling maintenance services.

- Contacting customers for follow-ups.

- Creating, modifying and cancelling reservations.

- Cleaning rentals on inside and outside as by Avis Budget Group standards.

- Moving vehicles between locations or parking lots.
