Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join our clients team. This role involves managing homeowner inquiries, scheduling service work, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. As a key liaison between homeowners, trades, and internal teams, you will be responsible for coordinating and resolving service issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inquiries from homeowners, trades, and team members within 24 hours.
* Manage homeowner deficiency reports and update progress in Newstar daily.
* Schedule and oversee Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), including preparing homeowner materials and certificates.
* Communicate with Tarion Warranty Corporation and ensure compliance with warranty guidelines.
* Prepare and manage Work Orders (WO), Purchase Orders (PO), and service files.
* Update homeowner and utility company information post-closing.
* Assist in resolving escalated issues,
Qualifications
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Proficiency with Newstar software and familiarity with Tarion Warranty guidelines is an asset.
* Experience in customer service, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
