Inside Sales Representative

Job Title: Inside Sales Rep
Location: Moncton, NB
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
Pay Rate: $18.50-$20.00/Hr.

Our client in the recycling industry is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Rep! A family-owned company, in operation since 2006 - they are strong believers in treating all customers and employees with respect and fairness, ensuring a positive experience for all.

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain quality relationships by being a dependable business partner to our established and prospective customers.
- Determine sales strategies through your understanding and manipulation of data related to the business.
- Deliver on your sales strategies and sales targets
- Increase sales by identifying customer needs, removing real or potential barriers, and by providing expert product knowledge.

Qualifications:
- A minimum 1-year B2B sales experience
- Knowledge of metals is a strong asset
- Post-secondary education in business or another related field is an asset but not required
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- A natural disposition to provide exceptional customer service
- You are goal oriented and will give your all to achieve company targeted sales goals
- Eagerness and willingness to learn the industry
- Mechanically inclined
- You are a self-starter. You can take initiative and identify what tasks need to be accomplished to ensure success
