Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Oxford,NS
Rate of Pay: $17.45
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00AM-7:00PM-Rotational, Days/overnights

We are looking for a Forklift Operator to join our client's team in Oxford, NS. You will be working with a company that is much more than the world's largest provider of fresh and frozen food offerings; they are an industry leader by carefully nurturing a reputation for quality and integrity

Responsibilities:
* Load, unload and move products and materials by operating a forklift
* Perform other material handling activities such as counting, weighing, sorting, packing and unpacking.
* Operate forklifts to transfer frozen or fresh fruits or vegetables from transportation vehicles to processing lines or storage areas
* May perform other activities, such as opening containers and crates, filling warehouse orders, assisting in taking inventory.

Candidate Qualifications:
* One-year similar experience (preferred)
* Forklift Operator Certificate (preferred)
* Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
* Works independently and part as a team.
* Dependable and reliable
* Steel toed safety boots
* Working in a freezer environment (jacket provided and forklift has heated cab)
