About the Role
Pump House Brewery, a leading innovator in the craft beer industry, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our leadership team. This is a critical, high-impact role responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our brand and business across both existing and new markets. As the Sales Director, you will oversee the sales strategy, lead and work with a talented team, and play a key role in ensuring Pump House Brewery's continued success and dominance in the competitive craft beer landscape. In this leadership position, you will work closely with senior management to execute growth initiatives, build lasting customer relationships, and drive revenue, all while maintaining the exceptional quality and values that define Pump House Brewery.
Job Responsiblities
- Establish sales execution objectives using the annual sales targets for Canada and USA, while projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products
- Lead all weekly/monthly Sales calls for Canada and USA with key partners
- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends Lead in Canada and USA
- Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels Lead all Sales Relationships within Canada and USA
- Manage Sales Budgets within Canada and USA (Retail, OP & Sponsorships)
- Lead all Negotiations for Sponsorship and Events and Develop Executional plans
- Manage and Coach the Sales Staff while driving a culture of continuous process improvement
- Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with the ability to find solutions and deliver results in a rapidly changing environment
- Work cross functionally with all departments as part of the Pump House Leadership Team
Requirements/Qualifications
- Completion of a bachelor's degree in business administration is an asset
- 5+ years of experience in a sales management role
- Prior industry experience optional, but preferred
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite and AI applications
- Ability to create and maintain excellent client relationships
- Negotiation experience and skills with a focus on creating win/win solutions
- Excellent Sales Execution skills and the ability to create and drive processes
- Data analysis
- Ability to motivate and inspire teams
