Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Quispamsis, NB
Shift/Hours: Full Time - 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay Rate: Competitive - Based on Experience

Assignment Information Advantage Personnel is looking for a Project Manager to join our customers growing team in Saint John, New Brunswick.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager in the construction industry to make a significant impact on a variety of exciting projects.

Position Overview:
As a key member of their construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. You will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while managing client relationships and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring project goals are met.
* Manage and coordinate project teams, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
* Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards.
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
* Conduct project risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
* Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and building codes.

Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and industry standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership abilities and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Legal Requirements:
* Must be eligible to work in Canada
* Must be able to pass a criminal background check as required by the company
* Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (for site visits and meetings)
