Ability to fabricate from many metals including stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, copper, and brass using skilled craftsmenship. Job Description
* Experience with Hydraulic and/or Electric, CNC Brake Press Set up and Operation. Ability to determine the suitable machine for the job and the necessary punch and die pieces required and prepare the machine accordingly.
* Experience reading blueprints and ability to perform measurements and mathematics as required.
* Experience using measuring devices such as Square, Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Tape Measure.
* Perform routine maintenance on the equipment.
* Record work in shop floor data collection system
* Troubleshooting experience.
* Ensures that the finished product meets established quality standards using all tools and ISO procedures.
* Capable of measuring the dimensions of part/product to print.
* Ability to read prints.
* Ability to complete assigned tasks in team environment.
* Knowledge of metal materials.
* May be required to perform a wide range of movements, including bending, crawling, crouching and kneeling;
* Occasional exposure to hot conditions in warm months.

Experience
* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred;
* Minimum of 3 years' experience setting up and operating a CNC brake press.
* Technical program through college or university an asset;
* Working knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and regulations;
