Triware Technologies is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to play a key role in driving the success of IT projects for our Service and Advisory teams. This is the perfect role for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a talent for juggling multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of IT Service and Advisory projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with account managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to project plans.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate and schedule project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Track project progress and identify potential issues or risks, escalating them as needed.
  • Support the procurement of, and coordinate dependencies between, IT equipment and services, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and other related documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.

Qualifications/Education Requirements:

  • Formal education in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of IT products and services is a plus.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Certification is desirable but not required.
