Job Summary:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Team Manager will oversee the operations of Superclean in a certain geographic region within Atlantic Canada. Each week, the team manager will select the crew, geographic region, and customer to service. While also ensuring work gets done in a certain time frame and within budgetary constraints. The Team Manager will be a self-starter, display strong interpersonal skills (as interaction with cleaning and other maintenance staff will be continual), and be willing to be hands-on when necessary. Must be willing to travel and comfortable with overnight stays. The incumbent will thrive as an independent practitioner in the discipline of management of a small staff of eight.

Qualifications:
Candidate must be able to:
Demonstrate the ability to schedule cleaning and other maintenance trucks conducive to productivity and profitability.
Assign appropriate employee crews to trucks and customer jobs via a software Jobbers work order system.
Strong multitasking and decision making, "on the fly" are crucial.
Hire and train staff according to Superclean policy.
Pass and understand basic safety-related training such as WHMIS, Fall Arrest Orientations, etc.
Maintaining a work culture that promotes and embraces safety.
Ability to travel to job sites and occasional overnight stays.
Skills:
Trade experience is a plus but not required
Strong interpersonal skills in motivating and communicating while creating a friendly team environment.
Effective customer service skills and ability to attract new customers.
Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Office and/or Jobbers.
Time management in balancing multiple tasks and knowing where attention is needed.
Problem-solving ability.
Project management in overseeing the planning of operations, execution, and monitoring multiple.
Detailed orientated.
Experience:
Grade 12/Post-secondary education.
2-3 years of Management experience.
Industry Knowledge in industrial cleaning or maintenance is an asset but not required.
Wage:
Starting salary of 50,000- 54,000
Potential for growth and negotiable based on experience.
