We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative / Fundraiser to join our vibrant, team-based environment. Duties
Engage with the public in face-to-face interactions to share the mission and work of various charities.
Inspire and motivate potential donors to make financial commitments in support of impactful causes.
Respond to questions and inquiries from potential donors, providing accurate information about the charity's goals and programs.
Analyze supporter feedback, addressing any concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
Accurately document supporter information and all interactions within our system.
Maintain a professional and positive demeanor, using excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and foster donor commitment.
Collaborate with team members to enhance fundraising strategies and improve the overall donor experience.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or fundraising is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Ability to connect with individuals quickly and inspire them to support charitable causes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, paired with a positive, outgoing attitude.
Proficient in data entry with great attention to detail.
