Shift : Full time Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00/annually

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to take your career to the next level in concrete construction? Our client is seeking a highly organized and motivated professional to manage a variety of projects, ranging from slab sawing to demolition, and everything in between.

Job Description
* Oversee and manage all aspects of concrete construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
* Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
* Conduct on-site consultations and assessments to understand project requirements and develop detailed plans.
* Lead and mentor a team of skilled workers, fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.
* Prepare and present progress reports, manage project documentation, and handle any issues that arise.
* Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for all project activities.

Experience
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on concrete work.
* Strong understanding of concrete cutting, demolition, flooring, resurfacing, and related services.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
* Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites.
