Customer Service/ Administrative Support

At EASTND, we are passionate about health and wellness. We offer a wide range of natural health products and services, including IV therapy, with a focus on improving our clients' overall well-being. We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional client experiences.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to work part-time hours, primarily focused on client communication, bookings, and enhancing customer experience. This position will be a key part of our front-line team, ensuring that clients receive top-tier service, support, and recommendations.

Working Hours:

Wednesday: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Thursday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Casual hours may be available outside of these times, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients with their bookings and appointments.
• Communicate with clients to drive product sales and promote rebooking for IV therapy and other services.
• Provide product recommendations from our selection of natural health products.
• Ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients from check-in to check-out.
• Use our booking software (Jane) to manage appointments. Prior experience is an asset, but training can be provided.
• Handle direct billing to insurance providers (experience an asset but can be taught).
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the clinic's operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills with a positive, friendly, and reliable attitude.
• A passion for health, wellness, and natural health products.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with Jane and direct billing is an asset (but can be easily taught).
• Previous experience in a similar role or a health and wellness environment is a bonus.
• Super reliable with a commitment to creating a great client experience.
