Are you looking for extra cash for the holidays or everyday living. Northview is hiring seasonal CSRs for weekdays shifts between 8 am to 8 pm, Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm, with room for growth and development. Paid training will be provided.

We are seeking an energetic and reliable professional person to join our dynamic and evolving support center team as a Customer Service Representative placing orders.

The successful candidates will be responsible for answering and routing incoming customer calls, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues and directing calls to the managerial team when necessary. Our customer service center is the first point of contact for customers' product issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

Responsibilities:

· Inbound/Outbound call center.

· Perform basic account maintenance activities.

· Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics.

· Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company

· Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes

· Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input

· Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated

Qualifications:

· Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

· Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections

· Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment

· Must possess and professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.

· Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly

· Excellent phone handling and presence required

Minimum Required Qualifications

· Must be at least 19 years of age

· Reliable transportation is required
