Executive Director

The Foyer Assomption, a 50 beds long term nursing home, has a vision to the well-being and serenity of our residents. The Foyer Assomption is now looking for a dynamic person to fill the position of Executive Director

Functions:

Reporting to the Board of Directors of Foyer Assomption, the person holding this position is responsible for the implementation of policies and Board decisions according to the provincial standards. The person has the responsibility of effectively managing human and financial resources, programs, services and operations of the Foyer Assomption and the Résidences Ancienne Jeunesse.

Qualifications:

The person has to hold a Baccalaureate in the field of operations of a nursing home with courses in administration or in health care. The person must have four years of management experience. The person must support and promote the vision of the nursing home with excellent leadership skills, staff management and communication. The person must be fluently bilingual, written and spoken, in French and English.

Salary and benefits:

The salary is according to New Brunswick Nursing Home Services guidelines.

The benefits include pension, medical and dental insurances.
