Job Title: Packaging Technician
Location:Moncton, NB
Salary: $17.47 per hour
Shifts: Rotation of 12 hours shifts, days/overnights

Advantage Personnel is currently recruiting on behalf of our customer in Moncton, NB. Our client is a Medical Cannabis provider in Moncton is seeking full time individuals to join their Production Team

Responsibilities:
• Processing dried cannabis
• Dispensing dried cannabis into its primary packaging including comprehensive record keeping and product labeling
• Perform verification activities
• Cleaning and maintenance of processing and packaging equipment for dried cannabis
• Optimize processing and packaging related SOP's
• Other duties as required

Candidate Qualifications:
• Previous packaging experience would be considered an asset
• Experience in food manufacturing and/or in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment would be considered an asset
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to focus in high traffic environments
• Comfortable wearing hair/beard net
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Steel Toe Boots
• The role requires the submission of a criminal record search
