Store Manager

If you are looking for an exciting fast-paced work environment and have a passion for agriculture large and small, we have an opportunity waiting for you.

We are looking for a Store Manager to strive to create a welcoming environment for our member/customers, responding to inquiries, supervising a team and managing the day-to-day operations. Do you have experience in retail management, processing sales transactions, being a product and service expert, and more?

Day to Day responsibility

  • Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service experiences.
  • Greet and direct customers with a professional and enthusiastic attitude to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Answer incoming calls while handling customers inquiries, concerns, or questions.
  • Can provide product knowledge information to customers in a confident and friendly manner.
  • Understanding of general office duties.
  • Efficient and detail-orientated data entry skills are required.

Qualifications and Success

  • You're interested in the retail agriculture industry and like working within a high-energy, fast-paced team environment.
  • You have exceptional customer service skills.
  • You have 2 years' experience in customer service, sales and supervising a team.
  • You have a demonstrated understanding of the farm, feed, pet retail/related industry and an aptitude for learning product knowledge.
  • Effective problem-solving, planning, and organizing skills.
  • You like being active throughout your day and have no problem lifting 30-55 lbs as needed.
