Advantage Personnel is hiring on behalf of our client for a full time Customer Service Representative . The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for clients requiring services, While providing simultaneous high level of customer service, the Customer Service Representative answers incoming calls, interacts with clients, processes appropriate paperwork and works with various software applications. If you LOVE customer service, and have a passion for working with the public, this might be perfect for you.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Kingston ON
Shift :Monday- Wednesday 9am-5pm Thursday's till 7 and Saturday's till 1pm
Wage: $17.00/hr

- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Capable of multitasking
- Keyboarding skills with accurate data entry
- Math skills
- Problem solving abilities
- Friendly presence and helpful attitude
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
- Ability to utilize the applications from various software for support
- Ability to provide support over the phone
- Ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it
- Ability to work in a face paced environment
- Exercise patience and professionalism during stressful situations.

Experience

- Previous customer service experience in an office type environment an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Clean Criminal background check a must
- Professional demeanor
- Able to multitask effectively during busy times in a fast paced environment
- Works well with a team
