The Opportunity
The Senior Manager, National & Atlantic oversees the growth and impact of two Green Economy Hubs - our National Hub and Green Economy New Brunswick (GENB, and their local staff teams. As an ideal candidate, you are an entrepreneurial and collaborative leader, with knowledge of the business, policy, and sustainability landscape, particularly in Atlantic Canada. You love building strategic partnerships and are a big-picture thinker. You are results-driven and have direct experience working with businesses to measure and manage their climate impact. You are a strong people leader with an eye for continuous improvement and a passion for furthering community-led and business-focused climate action across Canada. Does this sound like you? Salary: $76,000 / year

Direct Reports: National Hub & Expansion Manager, GENB Business Sustainability Manager (when hired)
What Does the Senior Hub Manager Do?
Oversee Service Delivery of Green Economy New Brunswick and the National Hub (50%)
Lead Hub Strategy, Planning, and Team Management (30%)
Inform & Build Green Economy Canada's Impact Across New Brunswick (20%)
