About the Candidate:
Reporting to the Office Manager, and working in a shared service model, the Administrative Assistant will support the contracting process as well as the administrative needs of members of the Senior Leadership team of Canada's Ocean Supercluster.
This virtual role requires a unique blend of skills and experience as it bridges contracting to operations as well as supporting our project lifecycle. This role is a mixture of administration, contracting, and project coordination. Having a strong aptitude for learning and leveraging technology combined with an ability to effectively multi-task and manage multiple time-sensitive priorities will be critical to this role.
