THE POSITION
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Branch Operations to lead and oversee the operations of our retail branches. The Manager of Branch Operations is to ensure OMISTA's branch network maintains a high level of customer service, operational efficiencies, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic growth and performance of our retail branches.
Responsibilities
Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership to branch managers, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and member-centric service.
Member Experience: Champion a superior member experience across all branches, addressing member concerns promptly and ensuring service excellence.
Operational Oversight: Ensure all branches operate efficiently and effectively, meeting performance goals and adhering to operational standards.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies for branch growth and improvement.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all branches comply with regulatory requirements, policies and procedures, and manage operational risks effectively.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Budget Management: Collaborate with the CFO in creating annual branch operations budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising service quality.
